Planit-X was the agent for the planning application to convert the former Belvoir Hunt Stables at Woolsthorpe by Belvoir.  The application was approved by South Kesteven District Council's Development Control Committee at its meeting on 25 March 2014.  The application involves the conversion of the stables complex to 19 one and two bedroom properties, with communal garden and parking areas.  The properties are to be managed by the Earl of Rutland and Dr Fleming's Hospital Trust who will make them available to qualifying people at zero or very low rent.  The Trust was set up in the 1600s to provide low-cost housing for former Belvoir Estate employees and local widows. Most Properties are let completely rent free.

The conversion will involve the restoration of the former hunt stables - an important feature of the Woolsthorpe Conservation Area.  The application was approved unanimously by the planning committee and had the support of the parish council.
