Croxton Kerrial

The Belvoir Estate owns several parcels of land on the edge of villages where housing development has not previously been considered suitable. Planit-X successfully secured the allocation of three housing sites in Croxton Kerrial through the Local Plan. One of these sites was for around 40 houses and we have gained approval of outline planning permission. We are now working on the other two sites.
